About VineSeat
A small team with deep roots in Napa and Sonoma, building the reservation infrastructure we wished existed when we ran our own tasting rooms and tour businesses.
Founders
Co-founder, Product & Engineering
Has spent the last decade building reservation and commerce systems. Built the original VineSeat platform top-to-bottom because the existing tools were retrofitted from restaurants and missed how wineries actually host.

Co-founder, Partnerships & Operations
Spent years running WineCountry Media — the regional network of sites that wine country partners already trust. Knows the operators by name and brings the relationships that turn a product into a business.

Why we built this
Every reservation tool wineries use today started as restaurant software. They handle covers and turn times beautifully — and they fall apart the moment you ask them to model a private tasting in a combinable salon, or a tour group booking three wineries on one route, or a chauffeur service that needs both their own bookings and commission on the wineries they refer.
We saw partners cobbling together spreadsheets, calendars, and three separate marketing tools — paying restaurant prices for software that wasn’t built for them, and watching booking fees show up on guest receipts after the visit.
VineSeat is the platform we couldn’t buy. Built from scratch for the appointment-anchored, multi-channel, no-consumer-fees reality of wine country and the wider experience economy.
