Questions

About the audit.

What do you check?

Eleven things a guest or a search engine runs into on the way to booking: whether booking is online and linked from your homepage, whether it stays on your site, live times and prices, mobile speed, your analytics and pixel, and basic search and security details.

Do you sign in or make a test booking?

No. We read the same public pages any visitor sees. We never sign in, fill in your booking form or hold a time.

Will you tell me which booking provider I use?

If we can see it in your page, yes, as a plain fact. The report doesn’t grade or compare providers.

Is it really free?

Yes. No login and no card. You see the full report right away and we email you a copy. Someone from our team may follow up once. Reply and we’ll stop.

Why do you need my email?

So we can send you the report to keep and share with your team. A work email at your winery’s domain helps us match the report to your winery, but any address works.

What if a check says “Couldn’t check”?

Some sites block automated visits or load booking in a way we can’t read. Those checks are left out of your score instead of counting against you.

I already use VineSeat. Is this for me?

Yes. Run it on your site after you add the widget to confirm booking stays on your pages and your tracking tags are in place.

Close the gaps in your booking path.

Bring your report to a 30-minute walkthrough. We’ll show you what a booking path on your own site looks like with your real experiences.
