Money for a visit is released after the guest visits and then paid out to your bank through Stripe. Prepayments for upcoming visits show as Held for future visits until then.
Do the numbers match Stripe?
Yes. Finance checks its totals against your Stripe account and shows a Matches Stripe check, so you know the figures are complete.
How are card processing fees shown?
Card processing appears as its own line on every visit and in the monthly summary, next to the VineSeat fee, so nothing is buried in a net number.
How do refunds, comps and disputes show up?
Each is its own line: refunds and cancellations, comps, discounts and disputes, so you can see exactly why a month’s numbers moved.
What can we export for our accountant?
Four CSVs for any month or custom dates: Earned (one row per visit), Transactions (one row per money movement), Bank deposits and Bookings in each deposit.
Does VineSeat store card numbers?
No. Payments run through Stripe, so card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by VineSeat.
