Is there a setup fee or contract?

Neither. VineSeat is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime with no penalties. If you’d rather commit for 12 months or more, ask us about the annual discount.

Can I try VineSeat before paying?

Yes. Create your account and build your experiences, calendar and booking widget for free. Our team reviews and approves your launch before anything goes live to guests.

How do the first 60 days work?

Your first 60 days after launch have no subscription fee. The 2% per booking applies from your first booking, so you only pay when guests book. After 60 days, the plan is $300/mo, month-to-month.

When does billing start?

There’s no charge while you’re setting up. The 2% starts with your first booking after launch, and the $300 monthly subscription starts 60 days after launch.

What exactly is the 2% charged on?

On what guests pay through VineSeat for a booking, before tax: tasting fees, deposits and add-ons sold in the booking flow. If a booking is discounted or comped, the 2% is on what’s actually collected.

Do you take a cut of wine sales?

No. Wine club sales, retail and anything bought on-site outside the reservation are entirely yours.

What does Stripe charge?

Stripe’s standard rate, which runs through your own Stripe account where you’re the merchant of record. VineSeat never adds to it, and it shows on your Stripe statement, not ours.

What happens if a guest cancels?

Refunds follow your cancellation policy. When a refund is issued, the 2% is refunded proportionally, so you only pay on revenue you keep.

Do you support multiple locations?

Yes. Each location is its own account at $300/mo, with its own settings and reports, and your team can switch between them from one login.

How do affiliate commissions work?

If you turn on affiliates, they earn the commission you agree with them, paid after each visit. It’s separate from VineSeat’s 2%, which stays flat on every channel.
