Every booking is paid through your own Stripe account with Stripe Connect. Earnings are released after each experience takes place, and Finance shows every deposit matched to the bookings inside it.

When you get paid
VineSeat releases your earnings after each experience takes place.
A booking’s earnings are released once its visit ended more than 24 hours ago. VineSeat checks once a day and sends what’s ready as one deposit, so money usually reaches your bank a few business days after the visit. You don’t need to mark anything Completed.
Google Analytics and Meta
Conversions in the tools you already use.
If Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel is already on your website, booking conversions fire into it automatically. No setup needed. On Google Tag Manager, one tag sends them to GA4. Add a secret if you want server-side delivery as a backup for ad blockers.

Booking conversions fire automatically into the Google Analytics (gtag) or Meta Pixel already installed on your own site. On GTM sites the events arrive in your dataLayer: one GA4 event tag in your container records them. The fields below are optional.

Guests using Claude or ChatGPT can add the VineSeat connector and ask for open times. Only Active, Public experiences appear. Nobody books inside the assistant: the guest finishes on your VineSeat page.

No. Every integration on this page is included in your VineSeat plan.
What does VineSeat send to Commerce7?
Only customer identity: first name, last name, email and phone, when Auto-add bookers is on. VineSeat doesn’t write reservations, orders or notes to Commerce7. Club tier and lifetime spend are read live into the reservation drawer.
We sell on Shopify through WineHub or Bloom. Does it work?
Yes. VineSeat connects to the Shopify store underneath and reads spend, order count and tags, which is where club tags live on those stores.
Do we pay a VineSeat fee on GetYourGuide bookings?
No. GetYourGuide collects payment and pays you directly, so those bookings carry no VineSeat fee. They still appear on your calendar and guest list.
Do we need a developer to set up Google Analytics or Meta?
Usually not. If GA4 or the Meta Pixel is already on your website, booking conversions fire into it automatically. On Google Tag Manager, one tag sends them to GA4. Server-side delivery is optional and takes a measurement ID and a secret.
Can guests book through ChatGPT or Claude?
They can find you there. A guest can ask for open times and get a link to your VineSeat page with the experience, date and party size filled in. They finish booking on your page.
Is Zapier available?
Not yet. Our Zapier app is coming soon. Until then, approved technical partners can use signed webhooks and the API with our team.
Can we disconnect at any time?
Yes. Disconnect from Settings › Integrations. VineSeat stops reading that data, and nothing in Commerce7 or Shopify is changed.
