Estate Tasting·Table 1Tastings, tours and events. One source of truth.
Every experience books into the same calendar, so a tour and a tasting can never sell the same room twice. Flip between the day and the month in one click.
- Spaces with real capacity. Experiences that share a room share its seats. When a space is full, guests can’t book it, and your team still sees the time marked Space full.
- Sell it your way. Book by the time slot, by the seat or by the unit, with a party range on each experience.
- Close a day in seconds. Closed days cover the whole winery, all day or for a window. Blackout dates pause one experience.
- Hold seats while you decide. Put a tentative hold on a time, then turn it into a booking when the guest confirms.
- Know what’s waiting. Month view flags the days with open waitlist requests.

Book on your own site. In a few taps.
A Book Now button opens checkout right on your website, in your brand color. Guests pick a date, a time and a party size, then pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Paste this once inside the <head> of every page that will have a Book Now button.

- Two steps when that’s all it takes. Date and time, then checkout. Add-ons and pre-visit questions add a Details step only when an experience has them.
- Honest availability. Guests see open times and low seats as they really are, and a waitlist when a day is full.
- Every button tracked. Give each button its own channel and see which page booked the visit.
Phone call or walk‑in. Booked in seconds.
Click any open time, or + Book, and the drawer opens beside the calendar. Find a returning guest by name, pick the party size and add-ons, and choose how they pay.
- Four ways to pay. Charge a card, email a payment link, waive the payment or place a hold. The receipt always keeps the full value.
- Room for the regulars. When a space is full, your team can still book a guest over capacity. Guests online can’t.
- The guest hears from you. Confirmation emails go out by default. Untick the box when you’d rather tell them yourself.
Payment method
Charge card on file or enter a new card.
We email the guest a secure Stripe checkout link. They pay on their own device; the hold stays until they pay.
Nothing charged. The receipt keeps the full value, marked comped.
Tentative. Holds the seats, no charge, no email. Convert to a booking when confirmed.
Sold out isn’t the end. It’s the waitlist.
Cancellations happen. The waitlist turns them back into visits without anyone making a call.

Guests join from your site
When a day is full, the widget offers the waitlist. Guests pick a time of day that works, and get a confirmation with a link to leave the list.

VineSeat watches for openings
Every five minutes it checks for times that fit. When a seat opens, everyone waiting on that day hears about it by email.

First to book gets it
The guest books the normal way, and their request is marked Booked on its own. Star a guest as Priority and your team gets the alert to book them by hand.

Drag to seat
Drag a party from the list onto a table. Their table shows on the list and on the reservation.
A day sheet on paper
Print the Day sheet for the kitchen and the cellar: a prep summary plus one chit per party.
The follow-up runs itself. Every day.
The emails and clean-up that used to fill an afternoon now run on their own, around the clock.
Confirmation
The guest gets their confirmation the moment they book, with a link to manage it.
Reminder
Sent ahead of each visit. You choose how far ahead, per experience.
Waitlist openings
When a time that fits opens up, the guests waiting on that day get an email.
Review invite
A one-tap star rating after they leave, with one gentle nudge five days later. Turn it on per experience.
Cart recovery
Guests who left checkout get one email to pick up where they left off. Never more than one a day.
Hold release
Seats held for a payment link go back on sale when the link expires.
Questions about reservations.
Want to see your own experiences on it? We’ll set it up with you.
Talk to our teamCan tastings, tours and events share one calendar?
Yes. Every experience and event books into the same calendar. Experiences that use the same space share its seats, so nothing gets double-sold.
What happens when a space is full?
Guests can’t book it online. Your team still sees the time on the calendar, marked Space full, and can book a guest over capacity when you decide to.
How do I add booking to my website?
Paste one script tag and add a Book Now button. We have step-by-step guides for Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress and custom sites, and checkout opens right on your page.
How does the waitlist choose who gets an opening?
Everyone waiting on that day whose time of day fits gets the email, and the first to book gets the seat. Mark a guest as Priority and your team is alerted to book them by hand instead.
Can my team take a booking without charging a card right away?
Yes. Send a payment link and the seats hold until the guest pays, place a tentative hold, or waive the payment. For online guests, Reserve with card saves a card and charges only a no-show fee.
Does it work on a tablet or phone?
Yes. Service view is built for the tasting room tablet, and on a phone the calendar opens to a simple list of the day.
